Why one price works.

A 5 kg box to Alice Springs costs more to move than a 200 g envelope across town. One parcel at a time, that difference has to be billed. Pooled, it averages out, so we charge the average instead of doing the maths on every parcel.

Up to $100 if it’s lost
Tell us within 30 days of the ship date. Cover is paid as balance credit, never cash.
